Hannah Hall was extremely efficient following a very unsatisfactory handover day.
Her colleague Paul Askin had not fulfilled any of his commitments and obligations to me as a valued Landrover Customer in the preparation and delivery of my new used vehicle.
Hannah was left to pickup the pieces at very short notice and delivered a 100% customer experience.
